Shipping Information

Shipping Time:

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 96 hours.
  • Please note that personalized items require additional processing time.
  • If your order includes both personalized and non-personalized items, they will be shipped separately. The non-personalized items will be delivered first.

Shipping Charges:

  • We offer free shipping on all orders over Rs. 449.
  • Free shipping does not apply to international orders or returns.

Tracking:

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via WhatsApp, email, and SMS.

Multiple Shipments:

  • If your order includes personalized or gold jewelry along with other items, they may arrive in separate shipments.

If a product is made on order, the weight may vary.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return Policy:

  • We offer a 7-day return policy for all unused and unworn items.
  • Personalized jewelry is excluded from the return policy, except in cases of defective or faulty products.
  • All returns are subject to inspection by SHJEWELS before processing a refund.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable in case of returns.

Missing Items in Return Orders:

  • If there are discrepancies in the returned items (e.g., items not picked up as claimed), SHJEWELS reserves the right to deduct the full MRP of the missing product(s) from the refund amount.
  • This includes promotional items like free gifts or silver coins.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be initiated once we receive the returned product(s) at our warehouse.

Replacement & Exchange

  • You can request a replacement or exchange of your order, subject to the same conditions as returns.
  • The replacement will only be shipped after the original product has been returned.

Return Process

  1. Initiating a Return:

    • Returns can be initiated through our website or app, or by contacting our Customer Support team for assistance.
  2. Reverse Pick-up:

    • Once the return request is booked, you need to be available for the reverse pick-up and respond to calls from the delivery partner.
    • Failure to answer calls may result in the cancellation of the reverse pick-up, and you will need to reinitiate the process.
  3. Non-Serviceable Pin Codes:

    • In rare cases, certain pin codes may only offer forward service and not reverse service.
    • If this applies to you, we may request you to return the product via an alternate courier service like India Post.
    • We will reimburse you for reasonable return shipping costs, up to Rs. 70.
    • For charges exceeding Rs. 70, the excess will be deducted from your refund.
  4. Empty Parcel or Missing Product:

    • If you receive an empty parcel or missing product, please contact our Customer Support within 48 hours of delivery.
    • A 360-degree unpacking video of the parcel will be required to process the claim.
    • If evidence is insufficient or there are signs of tampering, the claim may not be honored.

Additional Notes

  • SHJEWELS reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund, return, and exchange matters.
  • Shipping charges will not be refunded in the event of returns.
