Return and Refund policy

Return Policy

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the damaged condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. A return request must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the item.

UNBOXING VIDEO IS A MUST TO REQUEST A REPLACEMENT.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as bulk orders.

Exchanges

If approved, exchange requests will be processed, and the exchanged product will be delivered within 5 days from the approval date.

Replacement

If approved, replacement requests will be processed, and the replaced product will be delivered within 5 days from the approval date.

Refund Policy

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 to 15 business days. Please note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.
